The Story of Magnus Pearle

Magnus Pearle, Founder

After receiving many calls from fellow Black Federal government employees asking how do you recover from being discriminated against and prosecuted on a job for no other reason but for being a knowledgeable and productive Black employee, Magnus-Pearle shared her tools of getting back her peace of mind.

First, she embraced her Blackness “#blackallday,” to be unapologetic; next realizing she was experiencing workplace racial bullying, Magnus Pearle knew she had to be #hoodready, by having the ability to spot game.  Finally,  she decided no matter how ugly situations may get she would #staybeautiful by always maintaining her composure.

Whenever there is an opportunity, she shared her watchwords and the need to practice yoga and meditation while advocating for yourself.  With a strong academic background in law and public administration coupled with her experience in community liaison, Magnus Pearle is excited about the endless possibilities of making mind, body wellness, and advocacy accessible to everyone. Magnus Pearle vision is to take care of the individual to help heal the community.
